1. AGREEMENT TO TERMS

2. USE LICENSE

Permission is granted to temporarily access the materials on Greater Boston Assembly's website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display (commercial or non-commercial);
attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on Greater Boston Assembly's website;

3. SERVICES

Greater Boston Assembly provides furniture assembly, moving labor, and handyman services in the Greater Boston area. Our services include but are not limited to:

Furniture assembly (IKEA, flat-pack, office furniture, etc.)
Moving labor and assistance
Handyman services
Furniture installation and repair

All services are subject to availability and scheduling. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

4. BOOKING AND PAYMENT

When you book a service through our website or by contacting us:

You agree to provide accurate and complete information
You agree to pay all fees associated with the service
Payment terms will be specified at the time of booking
We accept various payment methods as indicated during checkout
All prices are subject to change without notice

Payment data is processed securely through Shopify and other trusted payment processors. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made through our Service.

5. CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

You may cancel your service booking subject to the following terms:

Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service time may be eligible for a full refund or rescheduling
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service time may be subject to a cancellation fee
No-shows or same-day cancellations may result in forfeiture of any deposit or payment made
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed using the original payment method

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule services due to weather, safety concerns, or other circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, we will work with you to reschedule or provide a full refund.

6. SERVICE WARRANTIES AND DISCLAIMERS

We strive to provide high-quality services, but we make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding:

The fitness of our services for any particular purpose
The accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any information provided
The results that may be obtained from the use of our services

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

In no event shall Greater Boston Assembly, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

Your use or inability to use the Service
Any conduct or content of third parties on the Service
Any content obtained from the Service

We are not responsible for any damage to your property that may occur during the provision of our services, except where such damage is directly caused by our negligence. You are responsible for ensuring that your property is in a safe condition for our technicians to work.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Greater Boston Assembly and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees), resulting from or arising out of:

Your violation of any third party right, including without limitation any copyright, property, or privacy right

9. USER ACCOUNTS

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. You are responsible for safeguarding the password and for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

Accounts are created per service inquiry; all inquiry data is stored for roughly 1 to 90 days in the system.

10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Greater Boston Assembly and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.

Our Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Greater Boston Assembly. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Service after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you are no longer authorized to use the Service.
